You can GET STARTED immediately by purchasing one of our CrossFit Chalmette memberships.

A Full membership gets you UNLIMITED classes, including Crossfit, Burn Bootcamp, Barbell Club, and Open Box.  All of our classes are capped at 12 people and last one hour.  Each class is taught by a CrossFit level 1 or 2 trainer who will coach you on proper technique and modify the workout to meet your goals and ability level.

Our membership also includes a FREE Intro session to discuss workout experience (none is PERFECTLY OK!), modifications for past/present injuries or other health concerns, goals, and an overview of our box (Crossfit lingo for gym) and some common movements.

Follow these steps to book your free class:
  1. Click or press the "Schedule a Free Trial Workout" button
  2. Create and account
  3. Complete your transaction
  4. Go to bookings
  5. Choose the time and date of your desired class
  6. Choose "book"
  7. Choose "book" again to confirm
  8. Click or press the "close" button at the bottom of that window
  9. You can see your booked class by choosing "my bookings" or by going to the dashboard section of your account.
